Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Allegations against the present applicant are that he had fabricated the property register card of City Survey No.19210, which was originally owned by one Sardarkhan and the present applicant altered the same and recorded his name in the year 1972.

On the basis of the allegations as referred above, offence came to be registered against the at Crime No.106/2017 with City Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 167, 193 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Investigating officer of the above crime has reported that pursuant to the interim relief granted 1/2

912.odt to the applicant, the applicant attended the police station and gave his statement so also produced copies of all the necessary documents which are required for the purpose of investigation. Learned APP submits that investigation is in progress.

In view of the fact that the applicant had attended the Police Station as per the interim order passed by this Court and produced the necessary documents and an affidavit to that effect is produced on record, the interim relief granted by this Court on 21.06.2017 is hereby made absolute.

6.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on call of the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation only. 7.

Criminal application is disposed of.
