The applicant seeks permission to implement the circulatory resolution adopted by the Ad-hoc Committee on 6.4.2021. Under the said resolution the applicant wants to spend the amount for maintenance.

In clause (e) of the resolution, it is stated that powers are given to Chief Executive Officer to negotiate. 3.

We would observe and direct that instead of Chief Executive Officer, the negotiations should be made by Ad-hoc Committee and the Ad-hoc Committee shall take decision of the maintenance contract as per the circulatory resolution prayed in this civil application.

With this observation, the Civil Application is disposed of.
