It is submitted that as per the order of the Divisional Commissioner, the petitioner had approached the Chief Executive Officer, however, decision is not taken.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall take the decision as directed by the Divisional Commissioner in the case of petitioner, within four (04) weeks.
