The applicant-claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 513 days in fling Cross Objections, which appears to be caused due to her fnancial crisis.

The learned Counsel for Respondent-acquiring body strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the

{2} applicant, the delay of 513 days stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay on enhanced compensation, if granted.

The Cross-Objection be registered after removal of offce objections, if any.

Civil Application is disposed of.
