CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.

DATE : 23.01.2023 PER COURT :

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein in filing appeals which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is also circulation delay. The Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.

2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods mentioned in these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly.

3.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

4.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
