On 02.07.2021, we had passed the following order : "1.

The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time to file a rejoinder.

The petitioner is not permitted to register for the 6th semester of B.Sc Agriculture in the Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri. The 6th semester commences from January 2021 and ends in June 2021. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost the said 6th semester.

Considering the request of the petitioner, let a rejoinder be fled on or before 17.07.2021.

List this petition on 27.07.2021."

This matter was extensively heard on 10.08.2021 and for the convenience of the learned advocate for the petitioner, it was adjourned for today.

The learned advocate submits, on specific instructions from the petitioner, that he is willing to apply for the 3rd Semester of B.Sc. (Agriculture) with the Agriculture University. The learned advocate for the University submits that the registration with the University is open. Based on such registration, the petitioner would be able to pursue his further studies in the said course with respondent No.4 - College of Agriculture.

In view of the above and on the request of the petitioner, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the petitioner would register for the 3rd Semester by following the due procedure. He would then pursue his further studies based on the result of the semester and his progress in the B.Sc. (Agriculture) course.

It is made clear that the petitioner would be registered in the 3rd Semester with reference to those subjects, which he had failed to pass earlier.
