Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 19th December, 2016. Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 7439 of 2005 submits that, in

2 wp 7439.15 order dated 19.12.2016 in para No. 7 in line No. 9 Writ Petition No. 2753 of 2009 is shown, the same ought to be 2573 of 2009. So also in para No. 11 in line No. 2 Writ Petition No. 7349 of 2005 is mentioned, the same ought to be Writ Petition No. 7439 of 2005. Similarly in para No. 12 in line No. 5 Writ Petition No. 7345 of 2005 is appearing, the same ought to be 7439 of 2005. Likewise, in para No. 13 in line No. 02 Writ Petition No. 7345 of 2005 is mentioned, it ought to be Writ Petition No. 7439 of 2005. 2.

In the light of the above, in order dated 19.12.2016 in para No. 7 in line No. 9 instead of 'Writ Petition No. 2753 of 2009', the same shall be corrected as "Writ Petition No. 2573 of 2009". So also in para No. 11 in line No. 2 instead of 'Writ Petition No. 7349 of 2005', same be corrected as "Writ Petition No. 7439 of 2005". So also in para Nos. 12 and 13 respectively instead of 'Writ Petition No. 7345 of 2005', same shall be corrected as "Writ Petition No. 7439 of 2005".
