Mr. Gaikwad, learned advocate for respondent No. 4 states that amount to be deposited pursuant to decision of the Lokadalat is ready under cheques and requests that those be directed to be accepted. Learned advocate for respondent No. 4 further states that payment is being tendered in respect of all the eight matters.

Learned advocate for the claimants does not have any objection for the same.

Office to accept cheques in all the matters. The claimants are stated to have been allowed to withdraw the amount on deposit.
