The application, seeking intervention is allowed. The original complainant is permitted to assist the learned APP. 2.
After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant at length, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. The learned Advocate, therefore, came around to withdraw the application.

It is however made clear that the Court has not made any prima-facie observations as to whether it is a case under Section 302 or 307 IPC. The deceased died 15 days after the incident. The cause of death is somewhat different, may be the culmination of the incident.

The Bail Application, thus, stands disposed of as withdrawn with a request to the trial Court to frame the charge within a period of one and half months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the trial within eight months. 5.
