This is an application seeking condonation of delay in bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil application in paragraph Nos.4, 5 and 6, the civil application is allowed. Delay of 1077 days in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6 is condoned subject to costs of Rs.3,000/- to be paid by the applicant to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today.
