The petitioner is before this Court being dissatisfied with conduct of the respondent - revenue authorities in not taking enough measures and steps to decide her application preferred under the Maharashtra Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act 1974 read with the relevant provisions of the Land Revenue Code, 1966 which is pending before the respondent no.3 - Sub Divisional Officer.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner'

s application, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months.
