On the last occasion, i.e., on 09.07.2025, this Court had recorded a preliminary objection raised by the learned AGP regarding the maintainability of this petition, on the ground that an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner for approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal , particularly by relying upon Section 15(3) (a) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken instructions and he makes a statement that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal. Jhs/ 1/2
