The petitioner, who has completed her MBBS Course, prays for an early decision in her claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, pending with the Competent Authority since 2015. The vigilance enquiry report has been submitted and the petitioner has already tendered written submissions. The last hearing after submission of her reply, is pending. The petitioner also prays that the internship certificate, passing certificate, degree certificate and all her certificates, be released. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the last hearing after the submission of the applicant on the vigilance enquiry report, would

7856.22wp (2) be conducted on 03/08/2022 at 12.00 noon, at Aurangabad. Thereafter, the Committee would deliver it's order on 19/08/2022. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

The petitioner is put to notice, that he would appear before the Committee at Aurangabad, on 03/08/2022 at 12.00 noon. 5.

The Committee shall deliver it's verdict on 19/08/2022. Needless to state, the petitioner's father having a validity certificate, which is unshaken, would be a factor to be considered by the Committee.

The release of the Internship certificate would be subject to the result of the Committee.
