Looking to the nature of the appeal, the appeal is taken up for final disposal.

The appellant is challenging the order passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal dismissing the claim application for defauilt, by order dated 14-12-2017.

The claim petition is dismissed for default.

Since the appellants are dependents of the deceased and they have lost their earning member in the family, in the interest of justice, the appeal is allowed.

The claim application stands restored to its original position.

With this, the appeal stands allowed and disposed off.

No order as to costs.
