ORAL ORDER :

Heard. Perused the pleadings of the petition and annexures thereto. We have perused the reasons/ findings recorded by the Juvenile Justice Board and also by the revisional Court. There are concurrent findings of fact recorded by the court below that the birth date of the juvenile is 24.11.1994 in the register maintained by Gram Panchayat Office. Upon careful perusal of the reasons recorded by the Juvenile Justice Board, Ahmednagar and also the revisional Court, it is abundantly clear

Criminal W.P.No.862/2015 that the findings recorded are after adverting to the original record and examining the witnesses. It is not necessary for us to go into the greater details when we are satisfied that concurrent findings recorded by the Courts below after verifying the record and following the procedure are in consonance with the record. Therefore, no case is made out to entertain the Writ Petition. Hence, the petition stands rejected.
