ORDER

1.

The parties have settled/compromised the dispute amicably. The terms of compromise are placed on record, they are duly signed by the parties and their respective learned Advocates. It is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

The terms of the compromise and parties are duly verified before this panel. The original claimant/appellant is being paid a sum of Rs. 3,75,000/- (Rs. Three lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) in addition to the compensation granted by the Tribunal. In the facts of the case, the said compromise/settlement is reasonable, hence accepted.

F.A. 3654-2019 II -23.

Hence the award be passed in terms of compromise. 4.

The learned counsel for the Insurance Company, on instructions, makes a statement that the amount of additional compensation shall be deposited within a period of 45 days in this Court. The statement is accepted as undertaking. The claimant is permitted to withdraw the said amount, without further reference of this Court. 5.

The appellant shall pay the deficit court fees, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. No order as to costs.

7.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise Exhibit 'X'.
