A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.12980 OF 2022 : 1.
Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of claimant - Shantaram Atamaram Sonwane, who admittedly died on 23/06/2006.

However, it appears the appeal is fled by these applicants being the LRs of deceased Shantaram, who died after passing of judgment. Therefore, there is no need to bring the applicants on
3 17 to 19,21 & 22 ca 6258-22+ record, who are already on record. Only permission to prosecute the appeal is granted.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY CONDONATION:
1.
Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods mentioned in these applications, which appears to be caused due to their poor fnancial condition.
3.
The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the application by fling reply on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay periods.
4.
However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed and the delay periods mentioned in these applications, stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay. 5.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
6.
