This matter was heard for sometime in the first session. The learned A.G.P. sought time to take instructions from Mantralaya. At 6.15 PM when the matter is called out, the learned A.G.P. submits that the proceedings in between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is listed before the Honourable Minister tomorrow in Mantralaya and the parties can be heard finally. The Honourable Minister can then close the mater for Orders and can deliver his Order on a date which this Court may suggest.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the individual original complainants have not been
2 920 wp9781-19 arrayed as respondents because they have declared before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad that they are withdrawing their grievances against the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Honourable Minister respondent No. 2 herein would hear the litigating parties before him tomorrow on 7.8.2019 and after their oral submissions are concluded, he would close the matter for delivering his Order. 04.
In view of the above, the Honourable Minister would then post the matter on 30.8.2019 for passing Orders at 12.00 noon. The litigating parties are obliged to be present before the Honourable Minister on the said date. On the pronouncement of the Order, office of the Honourable Minister shall keep the copies of the Order ready to be supplied to the litigating parties on the same day.
