1. The application is filed for grant of leave to file appeal against the order of dismissal under section 256 of Cr.P.C. 2.

The learned counsel submitted that the advocate of the complainant is taking the blame to himself and complainant has gone out of station, he was at Mumbai and he was otherwise regular in appearing in Court. In view of nature of order and submissions made, the application is allowed. Leave is granted. 3.

Appeal is admitted. Notice after admission made returnable on 3.9.2015.
