The Petitioners assail the election programme / notification dated 6.6.2015 in respect of Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Rahata on the ground that the voters list is incorrect. As per the said election programme / notification the pole was scheduled on 27.07.2015.

The learned A. G. P. states that, on 10th July, 2015, the body was elected unopposed.

In light of that, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
