Mr. Warma Bharatkumar Ramdeo, learned counsel appears for all the petitioners as well as the legal heirs of the petitioner no.4 and seeks leave of this court to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners grievances are redressed and they need not pursue the present writ petition.

In view of the same, Writ Petition No.2827 of 2010 is disposed of as withdrawn. All pending civil applications are also disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.7533 OF 2011 4.

Civil Application No.6762 of 2018 to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
