We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Tahasildar, Hingoli has filed reply.

Paragraph No.6 of the reply reads thus:

"I say and submit that, as per the Adhar card provided by the petitioner the data entry of 433 card holders have been completed by the respondent. The respondent is ready to allocate the quota of food grains to the fair price shop of the petitioner as per the transaction done by the ePOS machine. In case petitioner are facing technical problem at the time of distributing the food, he shall provide the essential commodities to the card holder by maintaining data manually till the machines start working and keep the register for inspection as when called."

In view of the aforesaid reply, the grievance of the petitioner to a large extent stands redressed.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
