These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit The appellant / Insurance Company is also permitted to withdraw the amount as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the compromise terms Article-"X"G. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Mr. D.R. Jaybhar learned counsel for respondents / original claimants is present.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis.

3.

The learned Advocate for appellant is also placed on record the compromise terms before us which are marked as Article - 'X' for the purpose of identifcation.

4.

As such the appeals are disposed of in terms of the said compromise terms (Article- 'X').

5.

The amount in terms of aforesaid compromise terms which is already deposited in this Court be disbursed to the parties. 6.

The amount in terms of aforesaid compromise terms which is deposited in this Court be transferred to the Executing Court and the respondents / original claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount.

7.

The appellant / Insurance Company is also permitted to withdraw the amount as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the compromise terms Article-"X".

8.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 9.
