ORDER:- 1.

Received report of the learned Mediator alongwith the terms of compromise. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the aforesaid terms, it appears that the parties have settled the matter by accepting that the respondent - husband would withdraw the petition No. A-624/2019 under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by him at Family Court, Aurangabad. 2.

It is also agreed that the parties will convert Petition No. A-22/2021 filed by the applicant - wife in Family Court, Beed into a petition for decree of divorce by mutual consent.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid compromise terms which are taken on record the application stands disposed of.
