PER COURT :- 1.

Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this criminal application. Learned counsel submits that, parties may settle their dispute amicably due to intervention of the elder persons so also the elder family members. The learned counsel submits that, in that event, if the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and decides to end their dispute permanently, the applicants may be granted liberty to fle an application for quashing, on settlement.

Criminal application is disposed off as withdrawn, with the liberty to the applicants to fle an application for quashing, in case, if, parties arrived at an amicable settlement, in future.
