Issue notice to the respondents, in all the applications. Learned A.G.P. waive service of notice for the respondents/State. Learned counsel Mr. L.C. Patil waives service of notice for the respective respondents/ claimants in each of the applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay caused in filing the first appeals is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are accordingly allowed and disposed of without any order as to costs.

As regards civil applications for grant of stay, considering the challenge in the present appeals, stay to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby granted on the condition that the applicant deposits in this Court the entire amount under the impugned awards, together with upto-date interest, in each of the applications, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order. All the applications for stay accordingly stand disposed of.
