3] In case validation proceedings are pending with the committee then respondent committee shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall appear before the committee on 11/7/2019.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
