The petitioner's proposal for validation of her tribe certificate is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 26.12.2023. 3.
Learned advocate for the petitioner tenders across the bar a copy of the affidavit, containing genealogy tendered before the Scrutiny Committee. He submits that considering the petitioner's score at NEET-UG-2024, she is in urgent need of early decision by the Committee.

Learned advocate for the petitioner points out that her first degree cousin Onkar Potanna Rayatuwar was directed to be issued

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to expedite the petitioner's proposal and decide it finally as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.
