The proposal tendered by petitioner seeking verification of his caste certificate has not been accepted by the Scrutiny Committee on the ground that same has not been forwarded through the College where petitioner is studying. The petitioner has appeared for MH-CET examination and he is desirous of seeking admission to Medical course as against a seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. It is stated by the petitioner that tribe certificate issued in favour of father of the petitioner has already been validated by the Scrutiny Committee. With the directions to Respondent No.2 to accept the proposal for verification of tribe certificate of the petitioner, if tendered tomorrow; and issue receipt of acceptance of the proposal, writ petition stands disposed of.
