Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent-State and Mr. A.R. Dhore h/f. Mr. V.B. Patil, learned advocate assisting APP.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 163/2024 dated 8.6.2024 registered with Vasmat Gramin Police Station, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of I.P.C.

This Court by order dated 3.7.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants remained present before the I.O. and have cooperated with the investigation as directed by this Court. The learned APP has not disputed the fact that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation. 4.

Considering the nature of injuries and the same being not on the vital part of the body of the injured and that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation as directed by this Court, I deem it appropriate to confirm

ABA 1079/24 the interim relief granted on 3.7.2024.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 3.7.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required by the I.O.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
