The proposal tendered by petitioner seeking verification of her caste certificate has not been accepted by the Scrutiny Committee on the ground that same has not been forwarded through the College where petitioner is studying. The petitioner has appeared for MH-CET examination and she is desirous of seeking admission to Medical course as against a seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. With the directions to Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to accept the proposal for verification of tribe certificate of the petitioner, if tendered tomorrow; and issue receipt of acceptance of the proposal, writ petition stands disposed of.
