The petitioners seek directions against the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide validation proceedings as the petitioners herein had appeared for NEET examination and are desirous of taking admission to the professional course. 2.

We have heard Mr. Golegaonkar, Mr. Phatale, Mr. Thorat, Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioners in respective writ petitions. They have taken us through the orders passed by this Court in bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 5625 of 2018 with other connected writ petitions decided under order dated 13.06.2018. So also the judgment and order dated March 08, 2019 decided at the principal seat at Bombay in Writ

5 wp 7806.19 Petition No. 8264 of 2017 with other connected writ petitions. 3.

The anxiety of petitioners is that, the proceedings be directed to be decided well in advance. Under order dated 13.06.2018 in Writ Petition No. 5625 of 2018 with other connected writ petitions, this Court directed the Committee to decide the proceedings by 02nd July, 2018, in the case of students who were seeking admission to professional course last year. General directions are also issued by this Court at principal seat at Bombay under judgment and order dated March 08, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 8264 of 2017 with other connected writ petitions.

Naturally, the matters of the students seeking admission for professional course will have to be given priority. The directions are also given. In some of the matters, this Court has already directed to decide the proceedings by 15.06.2019. The committee is bound by the orders passed by this Court and respect the stipulation directed by this Court. 4.

Considering the fact that, today it is 27.06.2019 in some matters vigilance may have been conducted and in some matters vigilance has to be conducted and that the last date for submitting validity certificates is 12th July, 2019 as reported by the learned counsel appearing for the State CET Cell, we direct

6 wp 7806.19 the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings of these students who are seeking admission through NEET/CET for professional course by 10th July, 2019. These petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 28.06.2019. They shall also co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. The Committee shall give top priority in deciding these matters and shall see to it that the matters are decided on their own merits by 10th July, 2019. 5.

The learned Additional/Assistant Government Pleaders in respective matters shall communicate this order to the respondent/Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
