This civil application has been made for amendment in Writ Petition No.3734 of 2007 in terms of paragraph no.2 of the civil application. Applicant is the original petitioner in Writ Petition No.3734 of 2007.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we are of the view that amendment prayed for should be allowed. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the applicant to carry out the amendment in writ petition as set out in paragraph no.2 of the civil application. Let the amendment be carried out within two weeks. Re-verifcation is dispensed with.

After the amendment is carried out, copy of the amended writ petition be served upon learned AGP.
