Petitioner is objecting to notification issued on 13.02.2015 directing de-limitation of wards and prescription of seats of elected members in each of the wards. It is noticed that the programme of election is already published and the date of acceptance of nomination is prescribed from 13.07.2015 to 20.07.2015. In view of commencement of the process of election, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for in the petition.
