The grievance raised in the instant petition is in respect of the issuance of tribe certificate recording correct description of the tribe. The petitioner is in receipt of the tribe certificate issued by the Competent Authority recording the name of the tribe as 'Mannerwarlu' whereas, the name of the tribe is recorded in the Presidential Order as 'Mannervarlu'.

The authority need to make correction in the spelling of tribe name, which has been wrongly recorded in the certificate already issued to the petitioner. 2.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent no.2-

{2} 930-WP-7529-2018 Sub Divisional Officer to issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner recording correct spelling of the tribe as 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from today and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
