Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed proposal on 31st July, 2014 for establishment of a new school. The same is not considered as yet.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Authority would take decision upon the aforesaid proposal on its own merits.

In case the proposal submitted by the petitioner for establishment of the new school at Shiradhon is pending, then the same shall be decided by

wp6781-2016 the Authority concerned on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably by 30th June, 2017. The said proposal may be considered for academic year 2017-18. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
