This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent no.3 shall permit the petitioner to secure admission to the next year degree course, subject to result of the validation claim.
