1] Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the encroachment alleged of respondent Nos. 7 to 12 has been removed by the Gram Panchayat. Mr. Chaudhary, Advocate appearing for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon has already communicated the District Collector, Jalgaon that the subject encroachment has been removed on 18.5.2016 at 1.30 p.m. In view of the same, the purpose of the writ petition stands served.
