Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The application has been moved for amendment, referring to that during pendency of writ petition, some of the documents came to knowledge and possession of applicant which are relevant to the tribe claim of applicant and, in the circumstances, application for amendment be allowed. 3.

Having regard to aforesaid, we deem it appropriate that the application for amendment is allowed.

Civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
