SEPTEMBER 09, 2025 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that inadvertently, the name of Sunita Maheshrao Kulkarni, who happened to be the daughter of the deceased claimant, remained to be incorporated in the the Civil Application and hence, he seeks permission to amend the title clause of the the present application. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. The applicant/appellant shall amend the title clause of the appeal within two weeks from today.

The appellant has filed this application for amending the title clause by bringing legal representatives of the deceased claimant - Sharad Dattatraya Deshpande, on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is delay of 2870 days in filing this Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D).
