We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is filed still the stay application is not attended to by the authority.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions of the Divisional Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik submits that the petitioner is required to amend / correct the application and if he corrects the application

2 wp 8513.2021 within one (01) week, the stay petition would be heard.

The petitioner shall cure deficiency, if any, and as undertaken by the authority after the deficiency is cured shall hear the stay petition within one (01) week.

5.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
