Learned counsel appearing for petitioner states that in view of affidavit in-reply presented on behalf of respondent No. 2 - Gurudwara, grievance raised by him in the instant petition substantially stands redressed. In affidavit in-reply presented on behalf of respondent No. 2 in paragraphs No. 3 and 8 it is recorded below: "3. I say submit that, so far as the main contention of the petitioner that, as per the definition provided in the 1956 Act and particularly section 2(c) of Dhawani Mohalla Gurudwara is part and parcel of Nanded Sikh Gurudwara is true and correct and Dhawni Mohalla Gurudwara is and should be governed by the Gurudwara at Nanded."

I say and submit that be that as it may it is an admitted position that, Bhai Dayasinghji Gurudwara at Dhawni Mohalla, Aurangabad is an integral part of Gurudwara of Nanded and is therefore under the administrative control of the Board and we undertake that we will take appropriate action against the persons who are disturbing the management of Dhawni Mohalla Gurudwara."

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the statement made, as referred to above, grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed and seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

In view of the statement of respondent No. 2 as recorded above, leave is granted.
