Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. The Sub Divisional Officer has issued show cause notice to the petitioner as to why his mutation entry should not be cancelled. The petitioner may file his say to the show cause notice. The Sub Divisional Officer will have to consider the say filed by the petitioner on its own merits and then take decision. Till the decision is taken by the Sub Divisional Officer, the mutation entry in favour of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. The parties may act further pursuant to the decision that would be taken by the Sub Divisional Officer after
