This application is filed for withdrawal of the interest amount on the compensation deposited by respondent acquiring body.

The compensation amount is already permitted to be withdrawn. In the cases of similarly situated claimants, this Court by order dated 27/09/2024 passed in Civil Application No.6508/2023 in First Appeal No.2194/2016 has permitted to withdraw 50% interest amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% interest amount on furnishing solvent security/surety/bank guaranty to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
