Mr. Deokate, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. The learned counsel submits that the petition is filed for seeking approval to his appointment of the petitioner and now, after filing of the petition, the petitioner is terminated.

The petitioner, naturally will have to assail the order of termination. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
