It is a matter of consideration on petitioner's request for condoning the break in service.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court since the break is for more than two years, matter has been referred to the Government for taking appropriate decision. The Director of Education has power to condone the break in service for two years. He has placed on record copy of communication addressed to the Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department by the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Region,

Hoping that the Principal Secretary would take a decision as expeditiously as possible, we dispose of the matter by directing the Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department to take appropriate decision as was directed in the order dated 04.01.2024. 3.
