The applicant has attained the age of superannuation and is about 66 years' old. Punishment of dismissal has been imposed on account of absence from 11.1.1995 to 10.3.1995. Past record indicates 16 punishments in between 9.8.1986 to 31.5.1995. The applicant prays that the matter be heard finally.
