This Habeas Corpus petition was filed for production of the petitioner's daughter. The investigating officer has filed the papers of enquiry/investigation. He reports that the victim is 18 years of age. He has recorded the victim's statement wherein she stated to have eloped with her friend, got married and now living happy married life. All the papers of enquiry have been placed before us. We are satisfied therewith. We leave the victim to her discretion. 3.

In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure of missing persons complaint, being No. 12 of 2023.
