This is an application for setting aside Registrar's order dated 12.03.2018, refusing registration of the writ petition for non removal of office objections.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Registrar's order dated 12.03.2018, refusing registration of the writ petition on account of non removal of office objections, is set aside and petition is restored to its original number. Delay of 112 days occurred in presenting the application is condoned. Applicants undertake to remove the office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections, order passed today shall be deemed to have been revoked.
