The contention of the petitioner is that the admit card and confirmation form clearly mention that the petitioner is claiming the benefit of Scheduled Tribe Category. However, the score card of All India Category shows that the petitioner is from unreserved category. The same is by mistake.

Mr. Deshpande, learned A.S.G. submits that it is only because the petitioner has made correction in between 27.05.2019 to 31.05.2019, the petitioner is shown from unreserved category in the

(2) score card of All India Rank (15% seats). It is only the petitioner who has made correction.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the petitioner would be considered from S.T. category for 85% of the State level seats upon production of the validity certificate.

It is fact that the petitioner is shown from Scheduled Tribe in the admit card and confirmation form. It is also the fact that apart from the petitioner no other person could have made the correction in the score card, because it is only the petitioner who could have opened the site through his password.

Mr. Deshpande, learned A.S.G. states that at the NEET level the corrections cannot be made. The petitioner will have to approach the Director General of Health Sciences. If it is possible and considering the fact that the petitioner is student, the Director General of Health Sciences shall consider if the petitioner can be placed in the reserved S.T. category in All India Quota. The petitioner can be given admission only upon production of the validity certificate of S.T. Category.

The committee shall also endeavour to

(3) decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by 11.07.2019, if it is possible for the committee.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
